澳洲技术移民签证包括189独立技术移民、190州政府担保技术移民，以及489偏远地区临时居留签证。其中，澳洲移民189和190签证都属于永久居留签证，即申请人可以直接拿到5年有效期的绿卡；澳洲移民489签证属于临时居留签证，有效期为4年，满足一定条件后可转887永居签证。其中489又分为亲属担保和州政府担保。申请技术移民，需要进行技术移民EOI评分，评分表达到65分就有机会申请澳洲技术移民。

一、澳洲技术移民

自2012年7月1日起，澳大利亚移民局采用了一个新的技术移民签证邀请制度————EOI（Express of Interest）。简单来说，EOI就是澳洲移民局网站发布的一个官方评分表。递交技术移民申请，首先要递交EOI评分表来表明申请人的移民意向。在申请EOI评分之前，需要准备好职业评估函、移民局认可的语言成绩、以及自我预估的65分。递交的EOI申请会在一个“申请池”里面，移民局每个月会从池里根据自己的需要挑选满足条件的申请者，等待移民局挑选到EOI发出邀请后，才可以递交签证材料，申请签证。

1. 根据EOI评分表，申请人已达到65分；（除会计、IT等八大热门职业以外，其他职业大多数情况60分就能被邀请。）

2. 提交的EOI进入“申请池”后会留存两年，每人有2次提交机会

3. 澳洲移民局每月邀请两批，申请人在收到邀请的60天内必须递交签证申请，否则邀请将被作废

4. 邀请名额的筛选是按照高分到低分，同等分数按递交早晚接受邀请，也就是说60分不一定会被邀请，分数是越高越好，递交时间是越早越好

5. 递交EOI后，只有提名的职业不能更改，其他评分因素都可以更改

6. 提交EOI申请是没有时间和地域的限制的

二、澳洲技术移民EOI评分标准

1. 年龄

18至 24 周岁之间 —— 25 分

25至 32 周岁之间 —— 30 分

33至 39 周岁之间 —— 25 分

40至 44 周岁之间 —— 15 分

注意：在递交移民签证申请时，申请人最高可获得30分，并且年龄不能超过45周岁。

2. 语言成绩

雅思4个6 —— 0分

雅思4个7 —— 10分

雅思4个8 —— 20分

注意：申请者英语雅思成绩至少需达到4个6分水平，在申请签证前36个月内获得的英语考试成绩有效。可提交的英语考试成绩包括：雅思、OET、新托福、培生英语考试（学术类）。

澳洲认可的博士学位 —— 20分

澳洲认可的本科~硕士学历 —— 15分

在澳洲取得的专科或技校文凭 —— 10分

职业评估机构认可的学历或文凭—— 10分

注意：申请人的学历最高可以获得20分，可按最高学历计分。提名职业的相关评估机构通常会判定申请者的学历是否满足澳洲相关学历的评判标准。

5. 加分项

澳洲学历（最少两年FULLTIME学习） —— 5分

澳洲教育机构特殊教育背景 —— 5分

社区语言证书（必须获得NAATI证书）—— 5分

配偶加分（配偶要求：45岁以下、雅思4个6、MLTSSL提名职业、一年相关工作经验、和主申请人申请同类签证的申请） ——5分

职业年（申请前4年至少有1年在澳洲全职职业培训经验：目前有职业年的专业：会计、IT及工程）——5分

在澳洲偏远地区或者低人口的地区学习经验—— 5分
